Membership Commitment & Early Cancellation Policy
All memberships are subject to an initial minimum 3-month commitment upon sign-up. This policy supports consistency in our programming, ensures coach-to-member ratios remain optimal, and helps maintain the quality of your training experience.

Please note: Membership "pauses" do not count toward the 3-month commitment. The commitment must be fulfilled through three consecutive, full-priced billing cycles.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Early cancellation requests will only be considered under the following conditions and must include supporting documentation:

Medical Reasons: A signed note from a licensed medical provider must clearly state that you are unable to participate in physical training for health reasons.

Relocation: If you are moving and will no longer have reasonable access to our locations, you must provide valid proof of relocation (e.g. updated residential address or formal moving confirmation).
Requests without appropriate documentation will not be approved and may result in a charge for the remainder of your 3-month commitment.
