RUN CLUB.

Open to all, run club is the perfect complement to the strength and conditioning we do in the gym.

Style: Out & back

Length: 35-45 minutes

When: Monday - Thursday + Saturday
 

Run Club is accessible to runners of all paces and free of charge. We run out and back so everyone starts and finishes together, no matter if you're walking, jogging, or running.

 

On summer Saturdays, all of our run clubs join together and hit the streets for a 10K community run, walk, or bike.

Rock up, wear black and stick around for a cheeky coffee.
