Monday - Thursday

Full-body strength class with a key barbell lift and a team conditioning finisher.

STRENGTH CLUB

Friday - Upper, Sunday - Lower

Barbell focused, pure strength workout with key barbell lift and accessory movements.

BRUNCH BURN

Saturday

Team-based conditioning - a tough, sweaty session with ergs and metabolic work.

Friday & Saturday

High rep, low impact resistance training

RUN CLUB

Monday - Thursday

Run Captain led group runs, 30-40 minutes. All paces welcome & encouraged.
