CODE OF CONDUCT.

Conduct by a member or guest that is not aligned to the clubs values of inclusivity, consistency, accountability and intentionality or that is prejudicial to the reputation and character of The AC may result in suspension or expulsion of such member or guest. Such conduct may include inappropriate, violent or abusive behavior, or the communication of information concerning The AC affairs, members or their guests to the media. An expelled member may not attend any of the AC clubs in future and is not welcome as a guest to any events or workouts. A refund of the expelled member’s subscription will be at the discretion of The AC.

 

Any member or members who willfully remove, damage or destroy any property belonging to The AC, or to members or guests on the premises of the AC, will be liable to expulsion and/or suspension or termination of their membership.

Every member binds themself to abide by the rules, bylaws and regulations of The AC at all times upon acceptance as a member. If The AC considers that any member’s (or their guests) conduct either inside or outside of The AC premises or events is, at its absolute discretion, contrary to the interests The AC’s, The AC may with immediate effect expel the member or guest from The AC premises and/or suspend or terminate that member’s membership without having to give any reason to such member or guest.

DROP-IN CLASSES.​

No-showing, cancelling within 12-hours prior, or failing to check in for a drop-in class reservation will incur a $35 fee.

PAUSES.

Members may utilize a 4-week pause, twice per year, to hold their spot. The first 4-week pause will incur a $30 fee in lieu of the full membership fee. The second 4-week pause will incur a fee half the price of normal membership fee. The AC retains the right to extend pauses on a case-by-case basis at its discretion as a courtesy to members with extenuating circumstances.

 

Pauses cannot be followed by membership cancellation. If you are planning to end your membership, please cancel straightaway so we can extend your spot to someone on the waitlist.

CANCELLATION.

You're free to cancel your membership at any time, just give us 14 days notice to process the cancellation.
