12-Week Hybrid Race Prep Program - New York 

Race Weekend

May 28-31 & June 4 -7

A structured training block for athletes who want a guided path to race day.

Weekly classes, an integrated running program, and benchmark tests - so you peak at the right time.

What's Included

  • 12-Week Run Program - Fully integrated with your squad schedule and preferred training days.

  • 12x Hybrid Performance Class Credits - One per week, no rollover.

  • 3 Field Tests - Timed benchmarks to track your speed and strength gains.
