Williamsburg Athletic (WBA) is a local, private member athletic club. We train in squads: a group of people who workout together 2x a week with a dedicated coach.

Squad Training
Squads (10-20 people) train twice a week at the same time and place with their dedicated coaches.
Full body strength and conditioning with specific and personal coaching based on your goals and preferred coaching style.


Classes & Run Club
Run Club, Strength, HIIT, pilates, yoga, and more so you can design a weekly training routine that suits your schedule and goals.
Community
More than a gym, we organize monthly social events and support squad camaraderie with dedicated WhatsApp groups.
