LEA has great classes, amazing people, and is truly a supportive community! If you like strength workouts (barbells, DBs, and KBs), conditioning, core, and getting some intense cardio in on Saturdays, I would highly recommend!

MPA is life changing, the community is amazing, the gyms are organized and clean and the workouts are hard! Iv struggled making any progress in the gym, being inconsistent and not having others to push myself to go that extra rep. Thats why the Athletics Club is so rewarding - your squad encourages you to get the work done.
Gabby the manager is the best, she’s also teaches classes. She was great at following up and checking in on how I was doing the first few weeks, and if she could help.
It’s a small squad and you make friends quick, there’s happy hours and community events that are so fun, not to mention the run clubs. On wednesdays after our workout classes we all go for coffee before heading to work. It’s so nice.

Best gym and community in NYC! Have been a member for 2+ years and have had so much fun and found an active crowd of social and outgoing people to strive with! Favorite people to spend time with at 6 AM or 11PM. The coaching team is also amazing and concerned about member's personal and professional goals, could not be happier to be a member. WATTBA.

Fantastic facility, squad workout structure is effective and fun, and the coaches are incredible. Great community to belong to with numerous social and fitness events to jump into such as races, Hyrox, ski trips, etc. Can’t recommend it enough !

When you join a squad at The Athletic Clubs, you'll begin as part of our bi-weekly onboarding program. All new members start on the 1st or 3rd week of the month. During checkout, you'll be asked to select your start date from the options listed below.
Only these dates are valid - no other start dates will be processed. This ensures you begin alongside a group of new members, with the right support and a consistent squad experience from Day 1.
