• When will the new Legacy pricing update take effect?​​

  • ​​The Lifetime Legacy contract agreement will take effect from your December autopay date. Your GM/CM will be in touch re: the exact date as each individual has a unique auto-pay date.

 

• Is Lifetime Legacy billed month-to-month or every 4 weeks?

  • In regards to your billing cycle, nothing is changing. Your membership will remain every 4 weeks/28 day cycle. The phrase “month-to-month” has been used colloquially and we recognize the confusion it creates. We are moving away from using that verbiage.

 

• What if I don’t opt-in by November 15, 2025?​

  • If you don’t opt-in to Lifetime Legacy by November 15, 2025 your membership rate will increase to $270/every 4 weeks, effective from your January 2026 autopay date.

  • The early opt-in offer is for a limited time. No exceptions will be made.

  • Lifetime Legacy (post Nov 15 includes)

    • All Access Membership (2x Squad/week, Run Club, Brunch Burn, Strength Club, Pilates, AC Sculpt, Virtual Mobility etc.)

    • Whatsapp, Social events etc.

    • 4x Compound sessions per 4 week cycle

    • 24hr AC Gala pre-sale

• Do I have to commit to a long term contract for Lifetime Legacy?

  • No. The only commitment is from us! Your membership remains the same; every 4 weeks, with a 28-day notice period to cancel. Our cancellation/suspension policy remains unchanged, and may be reviewed here on the "manage your membership" page on our website. • What is included in Lifetime Legacy membership?

• When will I receive my AC socks & Merch gift card?

  • All physical perks will be distributed post January mandatory Legacy opt-in. Date to be announced in due course.

 

• When will members have access to 4 x compound classes per billing cycle?

  • Members will have access to the 4x Compound session credits, upon the start of the new December Autopay pay cycle. Each member has a unique autopay date; the 4 credits will be added to your account, available to be booked in the AC app, as soon as the new Legacy pricing has taken effect.

 

• How will I know when I’m locked in to the Legacy pricing?

  • Your GM will reach out to you directly via text/email to confirm your account has been updated.
