How It Works

What's Included

Squad training 2x a week

Strength & conditioning with a dedicated coach. Same time, same place, same crew.

Run Club & Coaching

Coach guided runs and race training plans 

Specific, personal coaching

Regular check-ins with your coach to achieve your fitness goals

Additional classes: Fri - Sun

Strength, conditioning, sculpt, pilates, & virtual mobility

Squad group chat & message boards

24/7 community support and motivation

Community events & groups

Monthly Social Events
