SQUAD (n): 

A group of 10-20 people who train together 2x a week at the same time and place,
with a dedicated coach.

Why Squads?

CONSISTENCY

Squads train twice a week, every week - rain, hail, or shine. Plus, sessions are private and guaranteed, so you never have to book in. 

ACCOUNTABILITY

Squads and coaches rally together to make sure we show up and work hard, day in and day out.

ROUTINE

Squads train at the same time and place every Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday.

The Workout.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

55 minutes + 15 minutes for coffee

2x a week (upper/lower)

Workouts feature erg machines, free weight strength segments, plyometrics and dynamic core movements.

 

Squad workouts are designed to provide holistic, full body training, but can be supplemented with run club and additional strength, conditioning, pilates, or yoga classes to create a weekly training routine that fits your goals.

We finish every workout with some coffee & banter.
